Copyright and Open Access
Authors publishing in Journal of Science Education for Students with Disabilities agree to the following terms:
- Publication rights to works is granted to Journal of Science Education for Students with Disabilities, however, full copyright for works published in this journal is retained by the author(s). The author(s) may post their works online in an institutional repository, on their University departmental website, or on their own personal websites.
- Pre-print versions posted online should be updated with the final published version in Journal of Science Education for Students with Disabilities as soon as it becomes available. Citations should reference the Journal of Science Education for Students with Disabilities.
- All works published in the Journal of Science Education for Students with Disabilities will be distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY). The terms of CC-BY state that authors retain full ownership of the copyright for their work, but allow others to distribute, remix, tweak, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as the original creator is given credit with a proper citation. No permission is required from the authors or the publisher for such use.
- Journal of Science Education for Students with Disabilities will be archived in Rochester Institute of Technology's institutional repository, RIT Scholar Works: Authors are permitted to archive their individual work(s) in their respective institution's open access repositories.
