Abstract
Home Health Care is one of the fastest growing industries in the health field. The potential customers are the largest growing new population - the elderly. Quality service and patient satisfaction will be a big issue with the baby boomers as they move into the senior citizen arena. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the relationship between patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction at Visiting Nurse Service using the elements of the Service Profit Chain.
