Description
Computers can be a tool for everyone. In recent years, computers have become more affordable and easy to use. In addition, use of the Internet is expanding at an unprecedented rate. It is easy to imagine that some day, relatively soon, co9mputers will be common in every household in America. Therefore, it is very important that computer technology and s9oftware be accessible to all individuals including those with disabilities.
