Abstract
This thesis describes the design of a water table analog to simulate and study the parameters associated with non-steady forces on turbine blades. The reasoning used to develop the water table method of analysis is presented, as well as the complete design details. The table has now been constructed to the extent where preliminary data has been generated to substantiate the design given herein.
