Abstract
Park Christian School is a private interdenominational Evangelical Christian School located in Moorhead, Minnesota. During the 1993-94 school year, 321 students were enrolled in grades K through 8 with the majority from Moorhead or Fargo, North Dakota. These children represent about 206 families and 39 area churches. In the fall of 1993, the School Board authorized a strategic planning process using professional planning facilitators to lead the planning team which would include teachers, members of the School Board, members of the Finance Committee, and parents.
