Abstract

This capstone project assesses the restructuring of the Engineering and Building Management (DEBM) within Kosova’s Ministry of Public Administration (MPA). There are serious capacity shortages and delays in implementation of projects, in existing structure of DEBM and changes are required to be implemented.
