Abstract
Abu Dhabi's hospitality industry is a vibrant and dynamic sector that has established itself as a premier destination for tourists seeking luxury, comfort, and unparalleled entertainment experiences.This study serves as a contribution to Abu Dhabi hospitality industry and economy, as it serves as a data driven and artificial intelligence (AI) solution that utilizes the latest technology to meet increasing demands. A local UAE chain, abc restaurant, is the primary source of data, after applying machine learning and data analysis technologies and techniques extensive analysis the key drivers of profits decline were identified. Further examining causes and factors in the social and technological context, identifying socio-economic variables, and behavioral patterns of customers in the UAE, informed strategic decisions were made. Using advanced technologies, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, diagnostic and predictive analytics were performed to monitor overall business performance and predict future sales and demand trends. as well as achieve a significant increase in ROI and develop a sustainable growth strategy for future branch openings. Company ABS's challenges have been resolved after implementing advanced technologies, predictions of the highest customer areas were identified, areas with the highest potential of guaranteed profitable branches. As a result, this solution is now a functional and efficient prototype. readily available for other companies in the same sector to deploy and improve their operations. The prototype developed through this solution can be utilized by organizations such as Khalifa Fund and the Department of Economic Development to assess and evaluate the performance of local businesses in Abu Dhabi. By leveraging the latest technologies, these organizations can gain valuable insights into the operations of local businesses and make informed decisions to drive growth and promote economic development.
