Abstract

Board games, also known as tabletop games, are one of the most popular forms of games ever invented in history. Over time, the game designs have become more intricate, as have the physical game sets, resulting in larger and larger boxes. However, in a world where portability and intelligence are key factors in technology, digitalization appears to be the way forward. This project aims to explore the essence of board games and envision a possible future of board game system digitalization with existing or foreseeable technologies.
