Abstract
Nowadays in China, nearly 83% of office workers have to work overtime and 94% of them have physical health conditions due to work schedules. Physical stress increases mental stress while working. nonetheless, many office workers ignore this stress, resulting in severe injury. This thesis explores on phenomenon of office workers in China giving up their health for work. It discusses their working condition and psychological status, and how it affects their balance of work and entertainment. Finally, it suggests a possible way to alleviate this problem- using the emotional design to give users a comfortable and enjoyable experience to make then unconsciously balance work and relaxation.
