Program Objectives
- Achieve improved recognition and understanding of adnexal masses and their Doppler and so-nographic features, potential findings, including various differentials.
- Describe the role of sonography in the assess-ment of renal perfusion in normal cases and in vari-ous diseases including renal artery stenosis.
- Differentiate between biliary obstruction and catheter induced cholangitis to avoid erroneous diagnosis.
Improve recognition, understanding, skills and techniques in assessing the shoulder, including anatomy and sonographic appearance of various muscles, ligaments and tendons.
- Describe the role of sonography in the assess-ment of AV access.
- Describe the role of sonography in the evalua-tion of normal organs and structures and pathologi-cal entities in comparison to other imaging modali-ties (CT & MRI).
- Improve recognition, understanding and so-nographic features of the fetal heart with emphasis on specific cardiac syndromes.
- Gain an understanding of the role so-nography plays in the assessment of the normal uterus, cervix and ovaries during pregnancy as well as various pathological entities, their significance, clinical correla-tion, prognosis and management as they pertain to the fetus and the pregnancy.

Fees and Cancellations
Sonographer $150
Physician/Fellow $190
Student $55
*Late fee of $20 will be applied to all forms received after the due date.The registration fee includes both the program and the food. Refunds will only be granted up to one week prior to the conference, minus a $50 administration fee. After that, no refunds will be granted. If a minimum number of atten-dees are not registered by one week in advance of the con-ference, the conference will be cancelled, all registrants will be notified and issued a refund. The Rochester Ultrasound Society reserves the right to substitute any faculty listed and provide alternate faculty.
