The Security Aviation Department within the Ministry of Internal Affairs should staffed with sufficient numbers of employees who will be able to carry out the security aspects of civil aviation. Their remuneration should be satisfactory enough to attract for qualified aviation security personnel. The employees should be trained in order to maintain and enhance accreditation to be a security inspector. 4.
